very glad this was cancelled. To the ppl that are confused for some reason and can't find it in themselves to read through these comments and instead choose to spout ignorant bullshit questioning why we're celebrating the cancellation of this manhwa, please do or stfu. its not like it's expected for everyone to know american history and everything about what happened to african american enslaved people (but u should with all the racism and anti-blackness going on especially that happens in the korean manhwa community) but if this author had done the least bit amount of research and understood and empathized with their struggles and what they went through this theme would have never gone through. If this author actually read, researched and/or taken an ethnic studies class on this topic you would see how tone deaf and ignorant this whole idea and setup was. And if you're trying to argue it's not by talking about tone and omg he's so hot and actually we didn't know how this was gonna go bc theres only 1 chapter: THOSE ARE NOT VALID ARGUMENTS. The topic of american history and racism among the african american and native american communities is not to be taken lightly, i suggest educating yourself even just a tiny bit and putting urself in the backseat if u do not understand or comprehend the issue at hand as you take the time to do so
And so many countries still benefit from slavery TO THIS DAY because it never fucking ended so either you read up on the transatlantic slave trade and african american history or STFU
