I'm confused. Are we hating on this? Because he a Union soldier that freed the slaves and gave him money. Do you know historically they ran away or were just set free with nothing?... I can understand people being upset about the last line the cowboy says to Gerald but am I the only one that read that as cocky and arrogant because if he was really his slave. What y'all need to know is it's the 1800s right after the civil war, which is historically one of the most racist time periods should let Jaxx get at least a season in to build up the story.
