Is there going to be romance in this?

As of ch.5, the girl bully is interested in him. I doubt she's an actual love interest though, mostly because she's a freaking MINOR and although young he's definitely NOT. It's an original manhwa so nobody knows but my instincts are telling me that the blond woman from his organization is a big candidate

I hope not because I don't really like her that much nor her group maybe the blonde woman or different woman will fit him more
