How are you gonna defend a story if you can't even use the elements within the story to defend it. Like if y'all really want to make a good case for why this story should've been allowed to continue, you should point TOWARDS the story. Not at all the other cursed yaois and shit thats been made, all that says is that you're acknowledging that the story is as bad as those tropes, and we should read it as is, cause others read those problematic stories.
