Yeah ts happened to me in 2024 i used to like someone since 2023 couldn't keep it for much longer so I confessed and blocked them right after confessing (lmao fr) they reached out to me being all sweet and what not even 'stay with me' after this i thought our feelings are mutual but they kept avoiding serious talk and would always give mixed signals to me which used to make me feel like crap at the end I couldn't handle allthat and I broke off wtv tf we had going on so my suggestion would be moving on from this person cause they aren't worth it fr but by your words I'm assuming you haven't confessed yet? I‘m in my final year of school. Our class made "rankings". For example "secret ship" = people who would be a good couple but are not actually in a relationship. I was shipped with a guy I ABSOLUTELY hate (with more than 50%). And in class when we were talking about these rankings he suddenly asked "Would you rather be shipped with me?". I was soooo stunned I couldn‘t speak. I just said "What did you just say?" but he repeated EXACTLY what he just asked. Again, I was too stunned and thought that I had just imagined things (plus his friends were listening) so I just said "uhmm… no".
