If you're genuinely asking then no, it's not exactly like in yaoi. Some people do close their eyes because it helps them focus on the sensations or cuz it feels more intimate. Others keep their eyes open or switch between both. There's no "normal" reaction that everyone has.
The way it's portrayed in yaoi is usually exaggerated for emotional and visual effect rather than realism.
