Here's the thing, I felt like the reason she went there instead of calling is because she felt responsible for what she thought was about to happen, and her being there makes it easier for her to clear out the situation. Now, inviting her in is his choice. He doesn't seem to mind if people get close to him, it's true that inviting a coworker in your house and especially when you're their superior is weird, but he knows better to not cross the line. He just did it as a form of etiquette as he himself probably feels for her situation. All that aside, he's such a chill but disciplined guy out of work and very efficient in work, I aspire to be that kind of person.
