Because in murim, romance tag is like the last priority. It is also common trope in murim that the main lead is love by everyone that is considered on the good side lol. I heard from novel readers that this is the case for this story too, just the manhwa highlights it more as that's what the readers wants
I don't mind a reverse-harem but I'll mind it if the FL gets dumbed down to an oblivious airhead who can't sense everyone's affection because she's so oh-so-perfect.
