So it turns out the author drew two poses for the panel and forgot to delete one!
That’s how the panel ended up with 3 arms, in my opinion an ai artwork would have very blurry or questionable design choices, while this looks like a forgetful mistake made by the author. I suggest going to the author’s socials to see what they say if anybody wants))
