Honestly i get the MC, sooo the ML is wrong imo
How?
ML has done everything in his power to do what he can for MC yet he is wrong? While MC is prone to misunderstanding everything that happens. Ml remained celibate for mc and even gives mc a pass to cheating. That's how much he wants to be with him. He has a trauma related to beta but loves mc so can't let him go. Builds a hospital for him, cares for him, has developed insomnia because of him. Even when they slept together, he kept saying mc's name and pretty much made it clear that MC is the one he wants yet what mc does? Tells him he basically cheated!! And yet instead of hiding this fact, ML comes clean and takes responsibility for his actions and break up only for mc to tell him that all of this was revenge to ML for MC.
MC misunderstands everything about ML, no matter what he does. Takes extreme steps in opposite direction and make ML do his utmost yet blames him for everything gone wrong in their relationship. He never asked ML why he hated being with a beta.
People who are hating on ML is beyond me

I think that’s why people don’t like the ML, he loves the MC but won’t admit it, MC took that first step and ML was giving all the signs he loved the MC so when ML went off on him because MC had to tell him his feelings are beyond just friends and the MC just couldn’t take all the false hope the ML was giving him. It’s a slap in the face to know that ML is just doing all the dating stuff to keep MC around without taking the next step, ML is pathetic he can’t realize his own feelings towards MC so he keeps him at a distance but wants more and more, the friendship already changed long before MC told the ML his feelings, MC was basically saying to ML look I can’t go on with this relationship with how it is, either we get together or we need some distance so I can move on but ML was to selfish to allow that, I get ML has trauma and issues but that’s no excuse to string along and hurt the MC. The MC tried to get away and put distance but ML came up with this stupid dating plan, MC got hopeful and thought maybe it could work and it’s not like ML gave him a choice ML was going to push the MC into whatever situation ship the ML wanted, he has the power to stay in the MC life even if the MC wanted him gone, giving permission for Someone to cheat is another slap in the face, the person you love tells you if your so horny I’ll get you an omega that’s cruel the ML knows how the MC feels because the MC was brave enough to tell him, the ML hides his true feelings and in the beginning MC took all his actions to mean ML loves him too but after every nice and romantic gesture the ML has to cruelly remind the MC that he the ML does not love the MC like that, having your hopes raised and then dashed time and time again is torture, the MC was weak to it at first but now he sees it for what it is and he ML is stringing him along and has no care for how the MC truly feels, the MC was turned into an omega by the ML desire for him to become an omega, so that showed the MC that the ML wants him too but not as a beta, imagine finding out the person you love and continuously get hurt by does want you but not as you are, they can only love you after you change into their ideal of you, that’s why the MC can finally cut him off like this he sees it for what it is the MC will never be enough for the ML and disclosing that the MC is now and omega would only make things worse for the MC because if he told the ML this the ML would most likely finally be in a real relationship with the MC but in the back of the MC head he will know it’s not because he loves the MC for who he is but it’s because it’s not acceptable to the ML and society because the MC is an omega

Like wdym he told you he cheated (he didn't) and ask for break up so that you don't suffer but somehow it is his fault for asking for break up because you didn't want to break up and told him he cheated bfr
ML told him this hospital was for him don't resign and MC says this is all your revenge you did everything to suffocate me? He knows he didn't do that he so clearly does but he is still blaming ml for some absurd reasons
Not to mention all the intimacy and affection was initiated by ML. He tried his hardest to give MC a relationship but MC was like nahh this guy don't like me and also refuses to see the codependency.
ML is also very afraid of MC being so cold hearted and all. He tread things carefully incase MC decides to leave him.
MC treats ML like shit if anything. If I started listing everything good ML has done and everything bad MC has done, they might come out as balanced
I was with MC at the start too. It is cruel that he doesn't love him but also doesn't let him go but as we learn more about the situation. That's clearly what's not happening. They just never talked about their situation or worked through it.
MC didn't took the first step. He wanted to leave and get everything over with because he thought there is no way ML would let him remain in his life after finding out he likes him since he hates beta but ML wanted him in his life so bad. He said let's date. Instead of giving it a real try, he was always apprehensive and cold about it. Which is totally understandable.
ML initiated everything. Tried to make it more like a relationship than just friends. He couldn't have sex with him because of his trauma but if they had talked it out. MC had asked once or even tried to reciprocate the hugs and kisses ML gave him. Maybe their relationship would've been better but Instead they both gave each other pain and insomnia and anxiety.
ML is a bad guy and he is the reason 7years went like that. I agree but MC is a bigger idiot and is the reason why they got stuck in the loop and everything right now is his fault only yet ML is the one getting the heat.
How can MC talk to ML, his actions say I love you and will do anything for you most of the time but every time the ML goes and makes sure the MC knows where the line is, it’s time and time again of leading him on making him just happy enough to stay but won’t commit to more, the MC is stuck here because he loves the ML and thinks maybe they can get past it with every action the ML does he gets more hope only for it to end up the ML reminding him of his place, the one who needs to communicate is the ML after the MC confessed the ML should have been honest and say I don’t know if I can love you like that but I want and need you in my life, let me work on myself I have some trauma around the betta thing can you give me time, instead he was terrible to the MC and then came up with this plan of a relationship. The MC now knows his place and doesn’t want it, he has every reason to be upset and angry and to end this he played along for so long with just enough hope to keep him going but now he see the ML for what he is selfish and controlling and manipulative, how can you expect the MC to talk to the ML about it the ML has made it clear this is it if the MC was to try and change it or talk it thru the ML would shut it down or worse make a huge thing of it, it’s on the ML to communicate the MC already did that and was told no, it’s the ML actions that confuse the situation, ML can build him a hospital but MC didn’t ask for or want that he wants a real relationship and not because he turned into an omega he wants real love and a partner that loves all of him not despises him being a beta
