yooo not too much on gihyeon every omegaverse has different rules and in this one changing from beta to omega is so rare bc the conditions never line up you dont learn about every single health condition in school, for all he knew he had some kind of GI cancer or something causing mucous production. its like if a woman suddenly started getting prostate cancer symptoms but didnt know she was intersex at birth with internal reproductive organs. she wouldnt think she had prostate cancer, she would think she had a different condition. thats just what was happening with gihyeon
