You have sure a amazing way of thinking! I was saying that yes the hounds are loyal but they are still humans with their own opinions and emotions as long with their own understanding. Plus that would be an amazing additive to the plot, because for now i feel as the hounds haven't been used to their full potential in the plot!!!
I feel like this is kinda how the plot is gonna progress, just like with red hair guy the hounds dislike of mc is gonna cause a rift between them and guwon and guwon will pick mc over them every time. As he said the hounds and everyone are pets to him with mc being the only one who matters. Not 100% sure but this is just my theory
