Oh I see, you have a point there, to be honest I thought it was Guwon who shot the guy who was hanging from that bridge, but I think Guwon doesn't like to use guns, so maybe he ordered Sangjun to kill him to save Jinwoo or Sangjun decided to save Jinwoo to please Guwon, idk
That and or every hound may have some slight thing against guwon making sense on why the red head made up his mind to attempt (heavy on the attempt) and kill/ harm guwon. But yeah in this story everyone suspicious

Also, I have a feeling the hounds might be "using" Guwon as the leader to keep the town safe, cuz they're so suspicious, especially that Sangjun guy, he seems to know a lot
Heavy on everyone being suspicious including Jinwoo. His unreliable narration makes it even harder to know what’s actually going on.
Also I agree that most…if not every single hound probably has a grudge against Guwon. But it’s more beneficial for them to stay on his good side than risk taking revenge.
He was already pinned down by two hounds when another shot was fired and that was the shot that killed him. Later we literally see redhead picking his gun up from the ground (from a flat position) and aiming it at Guwon. That gave Sangjun the perfect excuse to slit his throat. Mind you redhead was the most loyal to Guwon out of everyone. Sangjun has been sus to me from the moment he started showing interest in Jinwoo. I’m telling y’all I think he has some kinda grudge against Guwon.
