gwijae are humans who have the ability to see ghosts. It's like they were born with it. Gwijae also have a power called spiritual power that they can use it to attack or defense. MC, ML and other exorcists are all humans (and also gwijae). Ginseng child is a ginseng that absorbs mountain's power for centuries then transform into a child and has healing power.
