the obsession route is canon though?
At the current chapter (22) it's not canon and can be interpreted in different ways (again obsessive/twin) . Maybe the author said it on their socials or it's in a future chapter. But not everyone has/wants access to that and people are theorising with what's available to them.
Going to be a hater but let people have fun with theorising. It's literally a fictional bl let people be silly, if he's a twin there's plot points that can make it interesting, if he's just obsessed that too. Let's be a bit silly and be imaginative thx
