It's not good nor bad, it's about survival.
So the higher ups in the CIA are corrupt and is being suspicious of Rolfe and jay and could possibly be killed, so both of them worked together outside of the organization but is still about the mission but it now includes both Ross, mercifuls, and the higher ups.
Sooo Is Rolfe good or bad? I'm kinda lost...
