He basically CHEATED, yes and why? Because the FL seems cold for him so he found a woman who basically showed him the warmth he's been longing from the FL and don't forget that he's part why she is sold to the brothel because he monopolized the issue and agreed to make her the villain despite knowing there's no enough evidence.
