I really love this (I love seeing them both flustered)

I like that unlike other shoujo historical manhwa, she didn’t have these interactions with high society. We see her carry out her duties as queen, but only enough to get a feel for her position and using it to strategically move forward the plot and push their relationship further. I think it’s a welcomed change, honestly. And this only works because this manhwa is unique, it focuses on Yijae as a supernatural entity and her navigating her identity and relationship with Rodrick. It’s because the author explores this concept and dynamics so in depth that they can eliminate other frequently, or even staple plot lines seen in other manhwa. (Looking forward to next ch hehehe)
