second reread… this was beautifully written. it might be a “slow” read for some people because it is very character driven. i’d recommend this to readers who are the same ages as the characters (late 20s-30s?)!! all the characters were explored really well. depression and trauma is a long fight and it is frustrating. this is one of the most realistic takes i’ve seen on it in a bl. it wasn’t overdramatized and shinwoo took a long time to even think about healing which is so… real. and jeong han is such a rare gem. i think he was the most unrealistic part since he was so good.
usually memory loss is trope i don’t favor, but i like how the writer tied it into regret and trauma.
there were some things i def think it could’ve done better, but overall a 10/10 for me. the art is beautiful as well!!!
