I read this a long time ago so I might’ve forgotten some details,but from what I remember,it’s a somewhat similar system,in which only the mc experiences being in heat in order for him to ‘need’ the mls to help him get thru it.
I finished this days ago, and i think they live in a normal world but the 5 of them are different because they came from a lab and mc lives for the 5 mls and if he won't have sex with them, he dies

Is this omegaverse? Because omegaverse isn't really much focused or talked about here. Mc experiences in heat and has like pheromone smells so i think that's like a giveaway but they don't talk about it so i'm confused If it isn't, then they have a different system?
