it's not just you, their faces look weird compared to the beginning and it's been throwing me off.

like their features look less mature and sharp

It's been happening with a lot of manwha lately. First season would usually have an impressive art to rake people in but it is usually expensive. By next season they'll hire another artist that will be much cheap than the first. Basically a strategy.
