I would've say it's weird that the bottom never grew oast middle achool, but i have friends and classmates that are exactly like that... facial features and everything, so yeah, it's actually pretty common.
Pedophilia is a serious matter and it affects the victims deeply, you shouldn't just throw that word like it doesn't carry a heavy meaning to it. Seriously, it's disgusting and sad, when you do that, you take away the importance of spreading awareness and make it harder for people to take victims seriously.
