I like the story, no matter how toxic this is. First, it is rare to have an omega who is top and at the same time the one who leads the relationship and a bottom alpha. Second, they are not each others fated mate. Kaede found his fated mate but still chooses to be with Asuza. Asuza somehow 'uses' Kaede's trauma to keep him by his side, I don't know what to feel about this is toxic but somehow works for them. But I like the idea that they choose each other even if they found their fated mates. Love is a choice and not some fate or instinct.
