hello i’m trying to help my friends find this historical bl, this is how they described it: „one of them owns some type of restaurant and has a daughter who he raises (after his wife left them after birth for another guy). the other one is an assassin/swordsman/soldier someone alike. they shared a night and the father bailed the next morning and the assassin guy searched for him for some time and finally found him. the father first refused to hire him but later on gave in.” i know it’s both oddly specific and not much info, but maybe someone will know the name, thank you!!
