Lets say they managed to kill Guwon and the hounds.. did they really believe the rest of them could fend for themselves?
I would say, another set of Guwon and his hounds would just emerge and rule over them all.
Maybe a little less crazy in the next year or so.. but eventually? Nah. In an incredibly dire situation lile the apocalypse?
Unless they get an incredibly strong leader that is wise and sane and humane, then maybe.. but most of the people introduced so far are a little crazy, incredibly crazy or dumb.
