I understand why Minwoo may be frustrating at times but when you’re dirt poor AND depressed WITH low self-esteem, it’s sad to say that sometimes that’s really how your brain functions. Pairing him up with JS who’s willing to do anything for him is ideal.
I’m happy about his character development especially when he realized that it’s because of his decisions that he was in that situation — that’s growth! That’s him being brave and accepting the fact that your life is shaped by the choices you make.
