Can someone give me a summary before i start this

So bottom is forced to be in a yakuza gang he decides to give up and die but meets top who helps him not give up. After few years they meet again in a host bar where the top is working, bottom tells him to quit cus that host bar is the yakuza's turf. Top chases after the bottom he eventually gives in and locks up top in the house for almost quater of the story
