Grayson do care for others but in a unique way I think.. the way he shows his care may not seem the same way to others(which is normal).. I hope the in coming chapters we might be able to see the reason for his twisted way of thinking..
When Grayson held the child becoz he is worried that the child might be cold was heartwarming but instead of taking him to the hsp he just let himself and the child stay trapped there is because he thinks good children should listen to their parents which means he has been taught like that from childhood.. either his parents failed to teach his crtly or he may has taken the elder's advice in his own unique way or he may have suffered something like that in his childhood and thought that kind of treatment is right..
I am just saying these possibilities because I haven't read the novel yet and I am just assuming based on reading the manhwa .
