To all people blaming Taeui, I mean I can understand you are frustrated with him, he did Ilya dirty after everything Ilya did to get him out of there, but he didn’t choose Xinlu over Ilya, he chose his brother over Ilya and you can’t blame the guy, is his brother and he just started accepting the possibility of him having feelings for Ilya and viceversa, I think you guys forget all this happened in less than 6 months. Plus that’s just his personality, he will choose his brother over everything else and this will happen in other novels too, so just accept it or move on, plus as much as I love my black flag Ilya, and don’t make mistakes he is black (you will see this again in next chapters) he’s not exactly the best in being patient and wouldn’t care at all what would happen to Jaeiu, so…#－.－)
