If you pay attention to the details, I think it’s pretty clear that Nanjo feels the same way about Mokyeon. At first, he agreed to the arrangement because of Sunhwa’s safety, sure, but the fact that he kept insisting on it until the very end says a lot, even when it no longer made sense. As he himself said, Mokyeon isn’t reliable. He broke his promise, yet they still keep getting intimate with each other and continued meeting as a trio, even after Nanjo knew Mokyeon wasn’t holding up his end at all.

Because after a while, it clearly stopped being just about Sunhwa. Nanjo was already doing it for himself, he didn’t want Mokyeon alone with Sunhwa ‘cause he couldn’t stand the idea of Mokyeon fvcking him the same way he had been railed. So M’s jealousy is definitely mutual. And honestly, I think even the very first time Nanjo brought it up, supposedly as a “joke,” asking what if they both just leave Sunhwa alone.. it already felt like it was more about his own selfishness than about Sunhwa. There are a lot of hinting moments as well, for example when Mokyeon fell asleep on Nanjo’s shoulder while watching a series and Nanjo pulled back too quickly, almost as if he was startled by something he had just done or was about to do with him. And he doesn’t avoid Sunhwa because he can’t get it up or because he feels guilty.. no, it’s probably because he just doesn’t really care about him that way anymore.. after experiencing that holy d. (▰˘◡˘▰) And of course, he slowly comes to terms with the fact that Sunhwa isn’t the kind of person he thought he was at the beginning.

I think s2 will lean more into Nanjo coming to terms with his own feelings and realizing that he isn’t as innocent as he likes to believe or he tries to present himself.
