Yes in omegverse alpha woman do have dih and yes in theory women alpha couple can both get pregnant ig same with both male omega couple but ig people don’t do this kind of plot cuz whats the point lol
So I haven't really figured out how fem alphas work;;; but I had an idea about how male omegas work.
So basically the idea is like
You know how the esophagus and trachea have a thin shared wall, and the epiglottis covers the trachea to prevent food from entering, etc.
I was thinking that maybe it worked similarly in a male omegas butt, but separating the anal canal from the vagina, with that end's "epiglottis" opening during heats or general arousal (but heats make more sense, given that heats cause both a hormonal and physical change). And then obv the male omega would have to get a C-section
I think it’s more dependent if they are sterile or not… like alpha women may have a womb bc of female anatomy but she’s prob not going to produce eggs or menstruate. I’m not sure about this world but usually female alphas grow a dick from their clit and will have a seminal tube through there. Vice versa for omega men, they develop a womb (and whatever that slick stuff is) in the anal canal, their semen will go sterile and not produce sperm anymore and wouldn’t be able to impregnate anyone anymore. Very rare but some omega male stories can develop a v@gina along with their dick, but not in this one
I think it also has to with the male anatomy of the pelvis bone not being wide enough to support birth
