I understand! I was looking at the photo too, and it makes sense because in the earlier chapters he said its hard for him to gain weight so if he stopped exercising it makes sense he lost all the weight
In the last panel, are we still in the past.? He’s got the tattoos though. Tf happened for him to end up like that. Looks like he doesn’t have the will to live anymore.
