He drank too much to the of blacking out with someone and doesn't seem to remember what happen but it seems he might've gotten sa'd cuz he's scared anf confused.
Honestly it leaves off on a cliff hanger so we don't exactly know yet. But when he did "cheat" he was black out drunk which means he did not consent either way
