So obviously our MC gets pregnant because I believe ML knots him now (MC was overdoing it with the suppressant chips which eventually stopped working and he didn’t realise that). MC learns this fact and keeps it to himself while the ML starts preparing for the tryouts in 3 months. The evil guys are plotting their demise and because 1 idiot from the competing agency learns that MC is omega they want to use it to cancel the tryout results. Yada yada yada the tryouts come, ML still knows nothing of the pregnancy (if I am not confused). Evil swimmer takes a heat inducer to later blame MC. To save the ML and his victory results our MC has to reveal not only his secondary gender but also that he is pregnant to everyone. In this omegaverse preggo omegas emit 0 pheromones so the mc couldn’t have affected Alfa swimmers how the evil guys planned. ML learns this fact, but he’s had also hurt his shoulder during the tryout. he’s so elated he goes back to all the journalists and says - I’m going to be a dad, several times, because he is in a lot of pain and can’t barely say anything else.
I don’t remember any other ML having such a reaction to a surprise pregnancy announcement. He is adorable
