Idk if I am Misremembering but wasn't their a slight time jump after his birthday? Then they were in that hall discussing things. I guess they might have gotten more closer during that time. But all they do is kissing for now.
And he also said that might ask for more kisses in future when kiran ask for birthday wish to be kiss.
