They said they didnt put money into the game for the company to develop a new love interest, but to further develop story for the already existing ones (and some spread fear that now the older ones wouldn't get attention from the company anymore)

The Cn community hated his design saying things such as "he's ugly" , "too dark" some bitches even said "if you want to make Africans then do it in the global one not in my one" the audacity those racists have is crazy they started backlash over it with many bullshit excuses such as he's a wolf he's too westernised and not pleasing for their chinese aesthetic!!! But some protected cause i believe they felt infold was not adding much thoughts into their main li's main stories and just straight up making another li without any update on their 1mains (which is true but very stupid to cancel a whole li over allthat) so Basically hate own over the love the global community was showing towards valko's characters.

1. We have decided to cancel both the launch and any further development of the new love interest. We also commit that no additional love interests will be introduced in future content plans.



2. All other in-game systems and features originally scheduled for Version 6.0-including Home 2.0 and AR Photobooth as well as the limited-time Selectable 5-Star Memory Rate-Up Event, will proceed as planned. The outfits, photo poses and scenes, and the Nighthush Box (the second-anniversary 4-Star Memory Selection Crate) originally planned as rewards for the Hunt in Linkon event will instead be sent to all players. for free via in-game mail after the version update.




3. Going forward, the entire team will focus on further developing the stories and long-term companionship experiences of our five existing love interests, while ensuring a stable pace of Main Story production and updates. Rafayel's new Solar-Slot Memories and Companion will be revealed in July. Farspace Colonel Caleb and Onychinus Leader Sylus will also return in their Main Story branches in September and November, respectively. By participating in the relevant events, players will be able to obtain the corresponding 5-Star Main Story Branch Memories for free. We will continue to devote all our care and effort to bringing you richer stories and game experiences.



4. Beginning today and continuing for 30 days, players who log in each day will receive one Deepspace Wish via in-game mail. Each mail will remain claimable for three days, for a total of 30 Deepspace Wishes. We hope this can offer some compensation for the disappointment and disruption caused by these adjustments.

so basically there is some bad stuff happened in china from the 1930's to the 1940s called unit 731 where they experimented on humans (it was tragic and traumatic) so back to the game the unit 731 is related to XAVIER LORE FOR MONTHS and since valko is supposed to be a key for the story he somehow gets involved idk how BUT GUESS WHAT? CN girlies bless their delulu heart amen~ THEY SOMEHOW TWISTED THE STORY AND THROW IT BACK TO VALKO. (fantastic) the devs were like "sorry ok you guys r right its trauma we shouldn't have used it" and they changed it to unit 611 i think BUT YOU THINK THEY STOPPED? NOPE! THEY ARISEN AGAIN and they went into a digging rampage and they linked 611 to a date during that time (if the devs used unit 666 im sure satan will be involved) anyway we move on.

According to the CN girlies god bless their delulu heart Valko is a rapist and danger to society and female safety because bro was on her balcony (we lwk don't know why he is there) and they felt unsafe *sobs*. Speaking on safety if i remember correctly, every male in the game did something creepy like drugging the girl, stalking, kidnapping, forcing,... i could write about what they did but the irony of mentionning safety when each LI is more creepier than the others. ofc my boy Caleb is the FEMALE BROTHER in the chinese version ~incest~ when in the US version he's not (very safe i feel so safe rn)

the CN girlies bless them~ made it crystal clear since day 1 that they do not like the 6th LI design, he's very western, buff, tanned, too dark for their "chinese etiquette" and asthetic, they also say he looks too gay, and they feel uncomfortable if gay mens starts playing since the game is female oriented, and that the devs should make a statement confirming that all the LI are very straight, too straight that even shipping them with an OC guy feels illegal and also they should apologize that Valko turned this way *sobs* like how dare they make him look gay tragic

Now they've been assembeling like the avengers along side the koreans making fun of us and calling us names and bullying anyone who support Valko.

Basically, CN girlies bless them~ will do anything to get what they want, they literally mixed an otome game, a non existent dudes with politics then they went to cry and crashout to the CN governement just because they don't have enough content for their main LI (caleb and sylus) the exact same thing happened about censoring BL
and otome games company they gotta either play by those CN girles or move to the outside of the Asia which is difficult

so a whole character got deleted, politics got involved, the game company is getting boyocotted by them just because they didn't like his appearance (they made it clear on some reviews on the game and on X and their platform weebo or teebo idk)

yo, just read on X that the whole drama was fabricated and the Chinese fandom actually fucks with Valko. The whole shabang was just some pressure tactic towards the company from a few individuals with loud mouths. Omfg. Crazy that it worked and the company folded!!!!!!
