Nah you're not wrong. That "accidentally sleeping" with someone who is not even fully conscious and getting them pregnant troupe is downright rape. Korean authors loooooooove to wrap it like some meet cute type shit when in reality it's a crime. I've seen it in so many Korean webcomics and it irritates me every time. It feels like they're trying to brainwash rape victims into thinking they should marry their abuser because they already did the dead.
The only thing I hate about this is that he came in him without his consent (the dude literally couldn't speak so you can't go against me) which is basically rape for me cus from someone with the ability to get pregnant, that's my literal nightmare to not have the capability to control something as major as having a child ESPECIALLY with his health conditions
