. . . . . . yes, i know outing someone is not okay! but minyoung loves cheol so deeply and tbh, if the person i care about most is treated like that by whomever, i'd go crazy, if i couldn't do anything abt it.
all of the comments fail to see that minyoung did hold back a lot for cheol's sake like when he'd see all those bruises and wouldn't sit still, cuz cheol wanted it that way.
minyoung has a hard time feelings affection, love etc. toward others and when mimi, a dog he genuinely loved was intentional hurt by someone, it was already extremely emotional and now almost experiencing it with his partner was incredibly painful as well.
this is obvious, but death is not reversible. if cheol had died, minyoung would have lost the only person he only ever loved.
moreover, cheol still cared about his family somewhere deep down and instead of staying with minyoung, apparently didn't leave them after being outed...
