Agreed!! The brother and the doctor were both trash. Dojun suffered because of his controlling brother, he was also bullied in school, and then he ended up with a partner like that doc. He really deserved a green flag partner who would really love him for who he is and understand him. If that's how the story would have ended, this whole manhwa would be just perfect!
The main couple is the cutest. I also loved the art style (which a few people found odd) since it's something new and unique. The parents of both MLs were absolutely adorable. <3
Nonetheless, people who enjoy reading without getting involved too much or judging too much would surely enjoy the story.

I’m going to go ahead and say that I don’t actually believe they were siblings. I think the mom told him he was adopted, but Dohwa knew his brother would never love him that way so he just accepted his fate.
Idgaf tho, shit is fiction and I loved the whole thing (side stories and all). I feel pity for his the older brother tho. Like, having sexual feelings for your sibling/family is def ICK AS FUCK but like daaaayum that shit was hella sad.
