Yeah, was thinking the same... But it kinda made more impact with how both his feelings and his father were affecting him deeply and that was his way of snapping and kinda making him feel "I'm becoming my father?". I would have liked it better if he just yelled at him but I think Moto wouldn't have reacted the same way to make Kazu realize. It honestly was a downside on it but the rest of the manga was amazing
this was beautifully written. i understand the struggles surrounding homosexuality on such a personal level, as a queer person myself, and the way kazu carried the weight of so much during that point in time resonated with me deeply. the emotions, the conflicts, and the quiet battles he faced mirrored pieced of what i’ve gone through too, which made it feel painfully familiar yet comforting in its on way. this felt incredibly refreshing to read — i love shounen-ai that holds so much depth, and a well-written story beyond just the romance.
