Personally, I think the ML is the real issue here. As far as we all know, and what the evidence shows so far, he was genuinely in a happy relationship with Gahui(potential plot twist though given the rhythm of the story).
If the story was from Gahui's POV, and we saw another female using the opportunity of amnesia to get back with him, we would completely side with Gahui. Luckily. the MC isnt actively taking advantage, which goes back to my point that the ML is the real issue.
He should NOT be trying to get with anyone right now. It hasnt been long since his accident, and the possibility of his memories coming back is frankly there. It's an absolute disservice to both females if he went after one of them. Say he goes for the MC, his memories returning may make him realize he really did drop a genuine relationship with Gahui and it'd hurt the MC. If he truly loves and respects the MC with his current memories, he should at least wait a while and see if his memories return before trying to rush into another relationship.
Its just an obligation to respect Gahui and the MC's time and feelings by not rushing to act on feelings that could be temporary. We as readers may know that the MC is his 'end-game' but plot-wise, theres no indication of that
