This story is kinda realistic so I genuinely liked it. Mental iillnesses cannot cured by just love. He did not change. Thats the reason I liked this story. Ml accepted he is different and mc also accepted it. So it's win win situation for me. Rather than trying to change someone, accepting their flows as they are is the real love ( but mc is a dumb fk. Not gonna lie. Ml is hot tbr)
