Why even bother adding such an emotional storyline between MC and his father if the ML isn't going to react to it appropriately? The author might try to bring it up later but that's just not natural, how can he witness someone in tears confronting their father and just go straight to sex. Absolute madness. I'd say he needs to get a job but unfortunately he is at work.
