many things can be true at once— the people who created this /may/ have been creeps irl AND people can read and enjoy it because it’s fiction. also you definitely shouldn’t have been reading this as a kid… 18+ content being read by minors and thus impacting the way they view the world isn’t the fault of the person who made the 18+ content, it’s an issue with the minor’s legal guardians not watching their screen time...
and anyway what do you suppose should be done about dead dove works like these? should they not allowed to be published? are you in favor of censorship of gritty, uncomfortable topics? if not censorship, then what is it that you are proposing as a solution?
