The grandfather been wanting to take taesung away from his mom and grandmother since he was a kid, as you can see his mom and grandmother been protecting him especially his grandmother but as we seen in the first chapters of this new season she died also not to mention the grandfather despises haebom ever since the mom took him in, anyways I’m guessing the grandmother or mom put a lawsuit or whtvr it’s called to the grandfather to stay away from taesung bc he kidnapped him as you can see from this new ch I’m guessing the grandfather is very sexist and wants to teach taesung to be successful and a “man” regular old school old people stuff but since taesung is gay and not have a “normal” marriage the grandfather sees all types of wrong
