The MC knows pretty well what hell he got into with Mr. Jang. He knows him well now: a dangerous coward and a powerful addict. He knows that man and him are for the long run and he knows what they have is twisted af. And he accepted it. It's so sad because the MC has being manipulated, betrayed and isolated for a long time that when given the 'freedom' to escape for real and resources (money) he still wants to come back and search for that man. And he loves him. A dark, twisted, toxic, love. There's no typical revenge but knowing that Mr. Jang would probably die if the MC decided to off himself cause of depression but knowing him, he'll keep the body with him.
And it's rushed. But I kinda get it if that was because of an editorial or rating(popularity) decision. Still a pov from Jang would have being nice to see. The art will be gorgeous too because that demon is.handsome
