They should have their own story, there's a lot to say about them and I won't buy it if they start dating because Bin never saw Soyi that way and if only they do it would be because Soyi was the only one who would have the patience (and love) to be with her. Bin is just too much.

I think author won't explore more about Byul and Siwoo because they are underage and author likes adult themes. I really hope someday author.writes a more.mature story for them but for now, I believe we won't see more of them.
