Have you by any chance read/watched anything similar? Be it book, movie, manga, etc? :-:
I think the closest to it would be the manga Growing Tired of the Lazy High Elf Life After 120 Years. Still not the same... but it does a good job of showing the passage of time during his travels. Movies and books I'm not sure... maybe you'll find some chinese novel? Perhaps a mix of cultivation and slice of life?

Honestly I love this kind of overpowered immortal kind of slice of life adventures... you can feel the weight of his existence and how old he is from how he acts... To me this is so much better than when authors make real old characters that act like eternal teenagers...
