Honestly, I don't think the manga is ending like some people are saying. Sure, Iruma secretly being human has always been one of the main plot points, but after all this time of him climbing the ranks one by one, it wouldn't make sense for him to suddenly skip everything and become the Demon King. There are SO MANY things that still need to be revealed and resolved, unless the author decides to rush the ending
