Yeah sorry for the inconvenience!! The panels are in fact in order it just seems confusing bc ch38 wasn’t approved in time
The panels in chapter 39 is a little out of order, I had to scroll up and down a few times to figure out what sequence they're supposed to be in. Hopefully that gets fixed soon!
